We are seeking an alumni volunteer to assist with our social media pages. This role would be perfect for someone interested in social media management and content creation looking to gain experience. You would be great for this role if you are:
Interested in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation and looking to gain experience
Comfortable working with social media and enjoy creating fun and engaging digital content on a regular basis
Looking for volunteer opportunities in creative spaces
Eligible Applicants
Alumni include anyone above the age of 18 who has been enrolled in PLAC programs such as La Semana or Corazón Latino in the past.
What the role entails
Work alongside our current social media manager to come up with engaging content tailored to our community and creative ideas to grow our social media presence. This would consist of weekly to monthly stories/posts. Participate in occasional check-ins with our social media manager to discuss engagement and strategy.
Time requirements
Creating content for this role will be on your own time, but ability to deliver content on time and be consistent regarding recurring posts or content is important.
